Returns Policy

If you’re not utterly ecstatic with your recent purchase, by all means send it back! Returns must be sent within 14 days from the day you received your package. All items must be unworn and unwashed with tags attached. Unfortunately, we won't be able to accept items that don’t meet this criteria or are non-returnable. After we receive your package, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7 business days.

We will refund you what you paid for your order; however, return shipping charges incurred are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable. Credit will not be issued for the following:

• Personalized jewelry or engraved goods.
• Unsealed CDs, DVDs, tapes or other recording media.
• Perfume, Cologne or Beauty products which have been opened/packaging removed.
• Earrings due to hygiene reasons. 
• Food products
